每次有人问我「字幕提取工具推荐哪一款」,我都会先反问:你要抓的是软字幕、硬字幕,还是根本没有字幕?

关键点 1:先分清楚软字幕、硬字幕与语音转写。

软字幕是视频内嵌的字幕轨,可以独立抽出。硬字幕是烧在画面里的文字,需要 OCR。没有字幕的视频或录音,则要靠语音识别生成逐字稿。这三种不是同一件事,选错工具会白忙一场。

关键点 2:你要的输出是字幕文件,还是工作资料?

如果你要的是 .srt 或 .ass,重点在时间轴和字幕格式。如果你要的是会议记录、访谈整理、后续提问,那重点会放在逐字稿、摘要、章节、待办和 AI 问答。前者是文件,后者是工作流。
